I love how convenient the single-serving pouch is — just tear it open and stir into my tea with no gritty texture. My joints feel noticeably less stiff in the mornings after using it for about two weeks.

This dissolves completely in cold water with no clumps, which is great for mornings. The taste is a bit fishy, but mixing it with juice masks it well enough.
