I appreciate that it combines omega 3 and 7 in one softgel, but the aftertaste is a bit stronger than the flaxseed oil I used before.
Finally, a plant-based omega that doesn’t leave that fishy aftertaste—though the softgels are a bit larger than I’d like, the omega 7 addition is a nice bonus for skin health.
